   Hello,
   I work for a distributor in the US and partners directly with manufacturers to provide new products to the market. I am doing some market research regarding the registration requirements for pharmaceuticals in Central America. Could you please answer my questions below?

   Regarding the local distributor requirements for pharmaceutical registration in El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica and Panama, does this company need to be a physical company with employees present? If you were able to set up a corporation in any of these territories, then could the corporation be used as your local distributor?

   If not, are there local licensing requirements for pharmaceutical distributors.

   I need information regarding Pharmaceutical Drug registration time period, after submitting all the legal and technical requirements to MOH.
